I always notice how in interviews Alice Cooper is telling about himself on stage in 3rd person. "Alice does this, does that. "You would't like to hung out with a stage Alice, he's a bad person'

There is also story of Along Came a Spider album by Alice Cooper. It's a concept album telling a story of a serial killer, The Spider who hunts down women to take one leg. He however, falls in love in his 8th victim. The story is told in a form of a diary.
But epiloge is... very disturbing:
"Epilogue:
Spider:
Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!
We've been in this cell
for 28 years Steven

those horrible things

The character of Steven keeps appearing in Alice's album since '75 Welcome To My Nightmare
