Description

Ok... So I watched 'The Avengers' 2 weeks ago. I went with my friend to Warsaw for this, since we don't have cinema in our town right now. Few days ago I watched other movies connected with 'The Avengers' like 'Thor'. In 'Thor' there was mentioned thatt Loki is in fact a Jotun (Frost Giant) (well if you know Norse mythology then you know about that) who have blues skin and red eyes.

I really like how Tom Hiddleston, actor playing Loki does his job. Really great acting!

I had to think how to draw left part of his face myself along with these markings but I'm really satisfied with the effect. I tought it would go worse since I was improvising. :)

Just to say this now, you did a great job getting his face and proportions correct. It looks very good. All of the technique you used in this drawing is quite impressive. I love that you did not colour all of the drawing leaving only his eyes and the part where he is becoming a Jotun. This technique makes a big impact and makes you understand what the artist wants you to focus on. His eyes are very impressive and really pop. Your shadowing is great and works together well. Another thing I really like about how he is becoming a Jotun is that you didn't make it half and half, right down the middle. The blue blends nicely with his face and really makes it look like it is taking over his features. Your colours are really great, they really are accurate. This drawing really looks as though it were a picture, just so good. Excuse me for any English mistakes (Russian speaking).
